BY MULTIPLE LEVELS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES
Mariner's
Preservation and Development Plan will undergo extensive review
by a host of regulatory agencies - at the local, state and federal
levels:
- Local
- application to Lee County for amendment to existing South
Seas Master Plan including public hearing before Hearing Examiner
and Board of County Commissioners
- State
- application to South Florida Water Management District.
Will also involve review by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission
- Federal
- application to Army Corps of Engineers. Will also involve
review by:
